Mingo Palacios is the Lead Pastor at Torrey Pines Christian Church. With a background as a Co-Founder at Moniker Group and experience as a Young Adult Pastor at The Rock Church, Palacios has a strong foundation in ministry. Additionally, Mingo has served as an Associate Pastor at Saddleback Church and Contract Camp Director at Hume Lake Christian Camps.
