Sean Hoff

Sean Hoff has a diverse work experience. Sean started working as a Senior Analyst at Delta Partners in June 2008 and stayed until May 2010. Following that, they joined Scotia Private Client Group as an Investment Associate from January 2011 to May 2013, and also worked as an International Associate from April 2010 to May 2013. Sean then briefly worked as a Guide at Butterfield & Robinson in September and October 2012. Finally, since June 2013, Sean has been the Managing Partner at Moniker, an agency focused on creating corporate culture building experiences through retreats and virtual events.

Sean Hoff has a diverse education history. Sean obtained an Executive Education certificate from INSEAD in 2022, focusing on Leading High-Performance Cultures. In 2009, they completed their CEMS Masters degree in International Management from HEC Paris. Prior to that, in 2008, they earned an MSc in Marketing Management from Esade. Sean's undergraduate education includes a dual degree in B.M.O.S. and B.A.C.S. with a major in Management & Commercial Studies and a specialization in Finance & Administration from Western University, which they completed between 2002 and 2006. Sean'ssecondary education was obtained at Crescent School, where they acquired an Ontario Secondary School Diploma between 1994 and 2002. Additionally, Sean has obtained certifications, including TICO from the Travel Industry Counsel of Ontario in 2013, as well as certifications such as CPH (Conduct & Practices Handbook), CSC (Canadian Securities Course), and RR (Registered Representative) from various institutions.
