Mike Guinyou

Mike Guinyou has a diverse work experience in project management and operations. Mike started their career in 2006 as a Production Manager at Tech-Con Automation Inc, where they supervised a team and managed production meetings and budget tracking. In 2008, they joined F.E.S. as a Project Planner, responsible for project planning, scoping, and monitoring. Mike then worked at Monir Precision Monitoring in 2010, initially as an Operations Manager/Project Manager, where they developed new vibration monitoring products and later took on responsibilities for strategic planning, resource management, client relations, and project management. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership and strong organizational skills.

Mike Guinyou has a diverse education history. In 2009, they attended Seneca College and completed the Adult Learning Program. That same year, they also participated in a Lean workshop Training at Kennedy College of Technology. In 2004, they took part in the Project Management Professional review program at Bay3000 Consulting. Additionally, Mike Guinyou attended various workshops and certifications throughout the years. These include a Dealing with Difficult People workshop at the Faculty of Law, U. of Windsor, SFH Group, the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People for Managers at Franklin Covey, the 4DX Principles of Execution Coach Certification at Franklin Covey, a Negotiation/Communication workshop by Misha Glouberman, and a training on AIRVANTAGE-modem cloud communication at Sierra Wireless. Furthermore, they obtained an Iso 9001:2008 Internal Systems Auditor certification from BSI Management Systems of America. Although Mike's education history stated that they attended York University's Faculty of Arts, no specific years were provided.
