Samantha Over

Samantha Over is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and human resources. Currently serving at Monir Precision Monitoring Inc. since May 2023 in a business development role, Samantha focuses on providing high-quality field instrumentation monitoring services. Prior to this, Samantha held the position of Director of Human Resources at Turnkey Site Solutions Ltd. from September 2014 to June 2023, contributing to a firm specializing in engineered earth retention systems. Samantha’s earlier roles with the City of Toronto included managing training for new employees in health and safety, overseeing a community center with over 500 patrons, and coordinating activities for a summer day camp serving 550 children. An educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Queen's University and a Postgraduate Ontario Graduate Certificate in Human Resources from Humber College.
