André Dantas Vilar

André Dantas Vilar has extensive work experience in a variety of roles. André began their career in 2011 as the Founder at IDEA4B. In 2012, they worked as a Consultant at Banco Santander. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Itaú Unibanco in roles such as Retail Banking Trainee and Technology Analyst (Cubo founding team member). During this time, they also worked as an Intern at FLAGCX. In 2017, they joined WeWork as a Business Development Manager Latam - WeWork Labs and later became the Labs Manager. In this role, they were responsible for bringing the first WeWork Labs initiative outside the US, building and leading the strategy, the team and the expansion. André was also responsible for putting together the Mining Hub on WeWork side. In 2020, they became the Founder and CEO of Monis.

André Dantas Vilar's education history includes completing the Stanford Ignite Program - São Paulo Campus at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2015, earning a Bachelor's degree in Administração de Empresas from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2010 to 2015, and attending University of California, Berkeley for Small Business Management in 2013.
