Christy Kaufman

Christy Kaufman is a seasoned risk management and compliance professional with extensive experience across multiple sectors, including financial services, behavioral health, and technology. Currently serving as Vice President, P&C Risk and P&C Chief Compliance Officer at USAA, Christy directs risk and compliance initiatives while advising senior leadership on regulatory matters. As a Global Board Director for RIMS and Board Director for Rogers Behavioral Health, Christy contributes to strategic governance and the promotion of diversity and inclusion. Previous roles include leadership positions at Zillow, American Family Ventures, and Marsh & McLennan, where Christy developed and implemented comprehensive risk management frameworks and innovative insurance products. Christy holds both an MS and a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, specializing in Risk Management and Insurance.
