Leonardo Tadashi Miyake

Leonardo Tadashi Miyake has a diverse work experience. Leonardo Tadashi started their career as a Web Developer at Super Empresa in 2010, then worked as a Monitor at Pro-Aluno from 2010 to 2012. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a System Analyst Jr. at Hominiss Consulting, where they developed web systems using various technologies. In 2014, they joined ICMC-USP as a Technical Administrative, a role they held until 2019. In 2017, they joined Monitora Soluções Tecnológicas, where they worked as a QA Analyst from 2017 to 2019. Leonardo Tadashi then took on the role of Software Development Lead from January to July 2019. After that, they became the Software Delivery Manager, responsible for managing and preparing the software development team. In December 2022, they were promoted to IT Vice Director and later, in October 2022, became the Acting Director of IT. Leonardo Tadashi also briefly served as a Hackday Mentor and Worldwide Online Judge at Technovation Challenge in 2018.

Leonardo Tadashi Miyake holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from USP - Universidade de São Paulo. Leonardo Tadashi is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Artificial Intelligence & Big Data at the same institution. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in leadership, scrum, professional and emotional competences, and Certified LeSS Practitioner.
