Olorunfemi O. has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. In 2013, they worked as an English Teacher at Oladipo Alayande School of Science in Ibadan. From 2014 to 2016, they were an Associate at Oyedele Akinbode & CO Chartered Accountants. In 2016, they became an Audit Senior at Akinkunmi Rasaq &Co Chartered Accountants.

In 2017, Olorunfemi O. transitioned to XL Africa Group Ltd. as an Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance Officer. They then joined Safetrust Mortgage Bank Ltd in 2018, initially as an Internal Auditor and later as the Head of Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance.

In 2020, they moved to CapitalSage Holdings, where they served as the Manager of Internal Audit, Risk, and Compliance, and later as the Acting Financial Controller. Currently, Olorunfemi O. is the Co-Founder and CEO of Moniways, a role they assumed in 2021.

Throughout their career, Olorunfemi O. has gained valuable experience in various areas, including audit, risk management, compliance, and financial control.

Olorunfemi O. completed a Bachelor's degree from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto from 2004 to 2008. Following this, from 2009 to 2010, they pursued a degree in Accounting and Finance at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, obtaining an AAT qualification. They continued their education at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria from 2011 to 2013, earning an Associate's degree in Human Resource Management. From 2014 to 2016, Olorunfemi O. pursued further education at Obafemi Awolowo University, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General. They also simultaneously obtained an ACA qualification in Accounting and Finance from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria during the same period.
