Stephanie Bechet

Stephanie Bechet has a strong background in human resources and has held various managerial roles in multiple companies. Stephanie is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Monizze, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, Stephanie served as the Human Resources Manager (ad interim) at Vesuvius Ghlin from March 2022 to November 2022. From August 2020 to April 2022, they worked as a Senior People Business Partner at Native Instruments. Stephanie has also worked at EDF Luminus, where they held the positions of Director People Engagement from December 2017 to August 2019, and HR Manager from January 2016 to December 2017, overseeing HR strategy and the employee lifecycle for various business units. Stephanie started their career as an HR Operations Manager at EDF Luminus in September 2011, following their completion of a Master's degree in HRM at Golden Gate University in August 2011. Prior to transitioning into HR, Stephanie worked as a Lawyer at Stibbe from November 2006 to August 2010 and as a Summer Associate at Linklaters Debandt in August 2005.

Stephanie Bechet has a strong educational background in the field of law. Stephanie pursued their undergraduate studies at Université catholique de Louvain from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a Master's degree in Law. In 2010, Stephanie enrolled at Golden Gate University for a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, which they completed in 2011. During the same period, they also participated in an exchange program at the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law, focusing on Law. Alongside their formal education, Stephanie has obtained a certification in "Daniel Pink on Motivation" from LinkedIn in April 2021.
