Flemming Ipsen

Flemming Ipsen is the Chairman of Monjasa Holding A/S, a position held since 2016. Previously, Flemming served as Chairman at Rederiet Torm A/S from 2013 to 2015 and held various senior leadership roles at A.P. Moller-Maersk A/S, including CEO and President of Maersk Air A/S from 2001 to 2004. Flemming began their career as an attorney at the law firm of Per Federspiel from 1973 to 1976 and has continuously contributed to the maritime and shipping industries through leadership and corporate governance roles. Currently, Flemming is pursuing further education with a Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen and a PMD from Harvard Business School.
