Tracy Tan

Tracy Tan has extensive work experience in various roles primarily in HR and also as a Trader. Tracy started their career in 2008 as a Trader at Monjasa and later transitioned into roles such as Team Leader and Head of HR. Currently, they hold the position of Group HR Director at Monjasa, starting in March 2020. Prior to their time at Monjasa, Tracy spent two years as a Foreign Service Officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Singapore. In this role, they were responsible for advancing Singapore's and ASEAN's interests through cooperation with the US, Korea, and Canada. Tracy played a critical role in Singapore's chairmanship of ASEAN and provided analysis, reporting, and support to principals in bilateral and multilateral meetings.

Tracy Tan's education history includes a Mini MBA from Probana Business School in 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Masters of Social Sciences in Political Science from the National University of Singapore from 2004 to 2006. Tracy also holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Sociology and Political Science from the same university from 2000 to 2004. Before entering university, they attended Victoria Junior College in 1998 and 1999.
