Jean-Philippe Bassler

Jean-Philippe Bassler is an experienced HR professional who has held various HR leadership roles in companies such as Sogefi Group, Alstom, Novartis Pharma, and Korn/Ferry Futurestep. Jean-Philippe has a background in engineering and food sciences and has a DESS degree in CAAE from IAE Montpellier. In their current role as BU Air&Cooling HR Director at Sogefi Group, Jean-Philippe oversees HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, labor and employee relations, staffing, people administration, and compensation & benefits for around 1600 employees.
