Sheila Holbrook

Sheila Holbrook is a Software Implementation Consultant at Computer Guidance Corporation since January 2023, responsible for creating and updating training materials while assisting clients with software implementation. Sheila also serves as the Guest/Otaku Pass VIP Manager/Security Coordinator at Monkey Paw Entertainment, Inc. since 2014, where responsibilities include enhancing guest experiences, enforcing safety guidelines, and coordinating logistics for events. Prior experience includes a Team Lead role at DoorDash, focusing on app specifications, and a Customer Service Representative position at GEICO, where Sheila provided policy support and excellent customer service.
