Valentin Alen has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as a Learning Coach at Starbucks Coffee Argentina. In 2013, they worked as a Visual Merchandising Assistant at Fasci. From 2014 to 2017, Valentin served at DeTuco, first as a Post Production Coordinator and later as an Animation Producer. In 2017, they joined MRM//McCann as a Project Manager. Since 2018, Valentin has been working at Media.Monks, starting as a Project Manager and progressing to Team Lead & Operations Manager, Operations Director, and currently as the Global Operations Director.
Valentin Alen attended the University of Buenos Aires from 2010 to 2016, where they earned a degree in Audiovisual Design with a focus on Image and Sound Design. From 2011 to 2013, they also studied Photography at Motivarte. In 2017 and 2018, Valentin attended the Universidad Europea del Atlántico, where they pursued a degree in Audiovisual and Multimedia Communication, focusing on Communication and Media Studies.
