Cristina Alvarez

Cristina Alvarez has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Cristina currently holds the position of Senior People Director at HAVI, where they are responsible for providing HR services in Operations and Global Business Services. Previously, they served as the Senior Human Resources Director at HAVI and as the Global Operations & FM Human Resources Director. Prior to their time at HAVI, they worked as the Regional Human Resources Director at Transcom and as the Human Resources Director at Pelican Rouge Coffee Solutions. Cristina also held the position of Head of Talent & Development at hibu and served as the HR Director at Bridgestone. Their early career includes roles such as the HR Manager at Altadis and the HR Business Partner at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. Overall, Cristina has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of HR management and has a strong track record of delivering strategic initiatives and driving organizational performance.

Cristina Alvarez completed the Board of Directors Executive Program at Esade in 2023. In 1996, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on HR from the University of Deusto. Cristina also obtained additional certifications in areas such as Cultivating Cultural Competence and Inclusion, Agile Human Capital Executive, and Scrum Master.
