Heather Coulson

Heather Coulson has worked as a Geographic Information Systems Manager at the Monmouth County Sheriff's Office since February 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a GIS Technician at Trimble MAPS from February 2018 to February 2019.

Heather Coulson obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Science from Stockton University, which they pursued from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, during the same time period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marine Sciences from Stockton University.
