Richard Leclercq

Richard Leclercq has worked as the Director of Information Technology for the Monmouth County Sheriff's Office since May 1999. Prior to this, they held a position in Publicity & Promotions at MusicMasters/BMG from 1995 to 1997.

Richard Leclercq graduated from Ocean County College in 1980 with an AA degree in Accounting. Richard then went on to earn a BS degree in Business from Monmouth University, where they studied from 1981 to 1983. In 1996, Richard attended the Chubb Institute to obtain a Technical degree in Information Technology, which they completed in 1996.
