Ross Licitra

Ross Licitra is currently serving as the Monmouth County Commissioner and Executive Director of Monmouth County SPCA. With a background in law enforcement, Ross has held various roles including Chief of Police in Humane Law Enforcement, Lieutenant of Detectives in the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office, and Patrolman in the West Long Branch and Monmouth University Police Departments.
