Andrew Brannen

Andrew Brannen currently serves as Vice President and Chief Business Officer at Monmouth University, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Brannen held various senior leadership positions at Kean University from March 2017 to July 2025, including Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President for Finance. Brannen also served as Township Manager for the Township of Ocean, NJ, from August 2007 to February 2017, and as City Manager in Princeton, IL, from October 2002 to August 2007. Additionally, Brannen was City Administrator in David City, NE, from June 1999 to October 2002. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of Notre Dame, a Master of Public Administration from The Ohio State University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
