Louise Niblett currently serves as the Head of Learning and Performance at Principality Building Society since June 2024, following their role as Learning and Development Manager and Customer Quality and Assurance Manager at Monmouthshire Building Society from August 2018. Prior to that, Louise held the position of GI Performance and Delivery Manager at RSA from October 2017 to November 2019, where leadership was demonstrated through managing a team of six Regional General Insurance Consultants. Louise Niblett holds a degree from Cardiff University, acquired between 2002 and 2005.
