Clare Hamer

Clare Hamer has a robust background in strategy and sustainable living, currently serving as the Strategy & Sustainable Living Manager at Monmouthshire County Council since July 2007. In this role, Clare oversees various services including assistive technology, disabled facilities grants, home improvement loans, and affordable housing initiatives.
