Stefania Spadafora is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and customer care, currently serving as a Sales Associate and Customer Care representative at Monnalisa S.p.A since January 2014. Previous roles include Sales Assistant at ZARA SA for a brief period in 2006, and a Collaboratrice Commerciale at Kelly from April 2003 to June 2006, where responsibilities encompassed personnel management and client relations. Stefania also held the position of Segretaria di Direzione at Farmaka S.r.l from December 1997 to April 2003, managing correspondence and customer interactions in multiple languages. Earlier experience includes working as a Receptionist and Customer Service representative at Prima Ricerca e Sviluppo from 1996 to 1997.
