Brett Lakanen

Brett Lakanen has had extensive work experience in the advertising industry. Brett started their career as an Art Director at Hunt Adkins in 2003 and worked there until 2006. From 2005 to 2006, they also served as an Instructor at Brainco - The Minneapolis School of Advertising. Brett then joined Laughlin Constable in 2006 as a Creative Director, a position they held for over 11 years. In 2017, they joined mono as a Creative Director, where they currently work.

Brett Lakanen attended Anoka-Ramsey Community College from 1999 to 2000, where they earned a degree in "Killing Time." Following this, from 2000 to 2002, they attended Brainco – Minneapolis School of Advertising, specializing in Art Direction.
