Kathleen Flanders

Kathleen Flanders is the Head of Operations at MONO, where Kathleen leads client operations and project management discipline. With extensive experience in project management, production operations, and talent development, Kathleen has a proven track record of successfully leading teams to deliver high-quality work. Prior to their current role, Kathleen worked at companies such as Target and Martin Williams in various project management and production roles. Kathleen holds a BFA in Fine and Studio Arts from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts/Tufts University.
