Davide De Luca has extensive experience in technical support, operations, and customer service. Currently serving as Partner Support Team Lead and previously as Technical Support Specialist at Mono Solutions since February 2022, Davide has held various roles with a strong emphasis on team management and operations at Tourism Group International between 2018 and early 2022. Responsibilities included managing sales teams, training staff, and enhancing cash reconciliation processes. Before this, Davide gained experience in sales and customer support roles across several companies, including Red City Buses AB and Ebuero sales and service AG&COKG. Davide holds a Master’s Degree in Bioengineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova, complemented by a High School Diploma in Science.
