Oliver Nordlinger

Oliver co-founded Monogram in 2014. He is responsible for originating new investment opportunities, diligencing and structuring potential investments, and working alongside our partner companies. Additionally, Oliver helps oversee the strategy and management of the firm.

Prior to Monogram, Oliver was with Leonard Green & Partners, a leading private equity firm, where he focused on investing in and supporting consumer and retail companies, including Union Square Hospitality Group / Shake Shack, Savers, Activision Blizzard, Animal Health International, DSW, and 99 Cents Only Stores.

Previously Oliver was a generalist in the private equity practice of Bain Capital, a leading alternative asset management firm. He began his career at Bain & Company, where he assisted private equity firms with acquisition due diligence and advised corporate clients.

Oliver earned a B.A. in political science from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
