Alyson Gourley-Cramer Ma

Alyson Gourley-Cramer MA, APR is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communications, crisis management, and community engagement. As the Principal Consultant and CEO of Monogram Communications since June 2019, Alyson leads an agile PR firm that focuses on various communications strategies. Previous roles include Executive Director of Communications at the College of New Caledonia, where Alyson managed marketing and engagement for the institution, and project manager for the Unity Through Sport 50th Anniversary Project with the Canada Games Council, which reached nearly 490,000 students and educators nationwide. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions in major sporting events, internal communications for the University of Northern British Columbia, and strategic marketing efforts at the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia. Alyson holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Communications from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria.
