Jeff Ketchum

Jeff Ketchum is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in technology management and support. Currently serving as the Manager of Information Technology at Monogram Food Solutions since June 2014, Jeff oversees various IT operations and infrastructure. Previously, Jeff worked as a Network/System Engineer at Education Realty Trust, contributing to areas such as VMware, Exchange 2010, and disaster recovery. Earlier experience includes a dual role as System Administrator and Support Center Supervisor/Manager at NYK Logistics (Americas), where responsibilities included resolving complex technical issues and managing a team of support agents. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Lambuth University, completed in 2004.
