Nika J. Martin, SHRM-CP, is an experienced professional in the fields of culture, inclusion, government affairs, public relations, and community affairs. Currently serving as the Director of Culture and Inclusion at Monogram Foods, Nika has held significant roles including Manager of Government Affairs, Public Relations, and Community Affairs at TruGreen, as well as Manager of the Office of Multicultural, Religious and Community Affairs for the City of Memphis. Additionally, Nika contributed to community initiatives as the Community Campaign Coordinator for the Office of Early Childhood & Youth with Shelby County Government.
