Lee Rembert

Lee Rembert, Pharm.D., BCGP is the Central Lead Pharmacist at Monogram Health, where Lee focuses on transforming healthcare delivery for patients with kidney disease. With a background in long term care consulting and experience in pharmacy internships, Lee brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their role. Lee holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Belmont College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and an Associate of Science in Pre-Pharmacy Studies from the University of North Georgia.
