Rakesh Hira

Rakesh Hira is a seasoned professional in software engineering and technical project management, currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering & Integrations at Monogram Health since October 2025. Prior to this role, Rakesh held the position of Sr Software Engineering Manager and Head of Interoperability and Platform at Pluto Health from April 2021 to October 2025. Rakesh's extensive experience includes over a decade at Philips, where responsibilities spanned multiple leadership roles in the healthcare technology domain, guiding agile teams across various locations and providing process improvements. Earlier career experiences include senior engineering positions at Hyland Software and Valco Data Systems, and foundational roles at Navipath, HSBC Card Services, and Texas Instruments. Rakesh holds a BTECH degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, awarded in 1998.
