Tate Hegstrom

Tate Hegstrom, MHA, has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Alliance Sport Marketing. In 2016, they became a Business Data Analyst at DaVita Kidney Care, and in 2017, they joined the Redwood Leadership Development Program, also at DaVita Kidney Care, as a Data Analyst. In this role, they were involved in implementing a customer relationship management tool across multiple aspects of the business and created reports and dashboards for data analysis.

In 2018, Tate worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Trinity University, and from 2019 to 2022, they joined HCA Healthcare as a Resident in the Executive Development Program and later as a Director of Operations.

Most recently, Tate has been a part of Monogram Health, where they held positions such as Director of Client Partnerships, Regional Director of Operations and Performance, and currently, as the Associate Vice President of Operations. Overall, Tate Hegstrom brings a wealth of experience in operations, data analysis, and leadership to their current role.

Tate Hegstrom, MHA has a degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Trinity University. Tate also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from Texas Christian University. Additionally, they participated in a Study Abroad program in Florence at Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici.
