Voncha Reddy

Voncha Reddy has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1996 with Tata Steel as a Sr. Officer. They then worked as a Sr. Programmer Analyst for Sun Technologies, where they were involved in developing an automated child support enforcement system for the State of Wisconsin. At Shakti Solutions, Voncha worked as an Architect on projects for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield. Voncha then joined CSC, where they served as a Sr. Architect for Health Alliance Medical Plans and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana. In 2007, Voncha joined HealthStream as the Associate Vice President of Technology Services and later became the Vice President of Data Operations. At Emids, Voncha held the position of Vice President, Strategic Partnerships and Delivery, where they were responsible for planning and managing various initiatives. Currently, Voncha is the Vice President of Data Engineering at Monogram Health, leading the transformation of healthcare delivery for patients with kidney disease.

Voncha Reddy holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Data Science from Lipscomb University, which was obtained in the years 2015 to 2016. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) (Hons.) degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, completed from 1992 to 1996. Voncha Reddy also has certifications as a Franklin Covey Certified Instructor from FranklinCovey and as an OKR Certified Coach from Expert in the Outcome Mindset Method.
