Benjamin Sexson, CFA

Benjamin Sexson, CFA has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Benjamin is currently the Co-founder and CEO of Monogram Orthopaedics, a position they have held since April 2018. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Business Development at Pro-Dex, Inc. from October 2015 to April 2018.

Before joining Pro-Dex, Inc., Benjamin worked as the Vice President of PPNR Modeling and Analytics, Corporate Treasury at MUFG Americas from July 2014 to October 2015.

Benjamin's earlier roles include working as an Analyst and Investment Committee member at First Wilshire Securities Management, Inc. from June 2007 to February 2013. At First Wilshire, they were responsible for researching existing and potential investments.

Prior to that, Benjamin was a Co-founder of Intelligent Mobility International, a non-profit organization specializing in the design of low-cost assistive mobility devices for developing countries. Benjamin was involved in the formation of the non-profit, design of an all-terrain wheelchair, early-stage fundraising, board formation, and team building.

Benjamin also gained experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse for a brief period in 2006. Furthermore, they worked as a Turbo machinery Systems Project Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace where they analyzed extensive data for various projects, including JSF turbofans and F/A pump characteristics. Benjamin also contributed to the design and production of F/A 18 centrifugal avionics pump components.

Benjamin Sexson, CFA holds a Bachelor's degree (with honors) in Mechanical Engineering which they obtained from Caltech between the years 2004 to 2007. Prior to their time at Caltech, they completed their BA degree in Mathematics and Physics at Whitman College from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, Benjamin has obtained the Series 63 Registered Securities Representative certification and the Series 7 Registered Securities Representative certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority in the year 2007.
