Joe Mocerino

Joe Mocerino serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Monograph since August 2023, bringing extensive experience from their previous roles, including Vice President of Engineering and Director of Engineering at HomeLight from April 2017 to July 2023. Prior to HomeLight, Joe held the position of Software Engineering Advisor at Sun River Health, contributing to various development projects within a large healthcare organization. Joe was the founding engineer and CTO at TNT Dental, where Joe built and managed the engineering team and infrastructure for a web design firm. Joe began a career in technology as an Information Systems Specialist with the Texas Military Department, following prior experience as a Senior Developer and Product Manager at Zunch Communications, and a dedication to hands-on coding after years in executive roles. Joe's educational background includes studies at Collin College.
