Arnaud Doko

Arnaud Doko has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Mechanical Design Engineer role at Crux Product Design in 2013. In 2014, they were selected as an Engineering Leadership Advanced Award Holder at the Royal Academy of Engineering, and also completed a Summer Student role at CERN, where they analysed workflow and generated optimisation recommendations. In 2016, they began a Project Engineer role at Dymag Group Ltd, where they designed and project-managed the development and certification testing of new car wheel designs, ran a major product recall, and ensured orders progressed through the manufacturing system on schedule. In 2019, they held two roles at Circadia Health, first as an Account Executive, where they closed and onboarded the first paying B2B customer, booked $1000s in SaaS revenue, and de-risked a newly pivoted CMS reimbursement business model, and second as Operations and Special Projects, where they managed the first mass-manufacturing run of 2,000 devices and the generation, curation, and submission of an 800-page documentation pack for a successful FDA 510(k) clearance application. Arnaud also held an Operations role at Metaview, where they built mission-critical data annotation processes, grew the Data-Ops team from one to five members, and defined and implemented performance and quality metrics. Finally, in 2020, they were the Founder and Consultant at Stealth Startup, where they tested out multiple startup ideas for six months with a technical cofounder, followed by six months of solo work on getting startup ideas off the ground before the wind down of the company after a total of 14 months. Arnaud is currently a Solutions Engineer at Monolith since 2022.

Arnaud Doko received their MEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bath. Arnaud also completed a Final Year Project at INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, which focused on Material characterization of a novel zirconia ceramic. Theireducational background also includes an International Baccalaureate.
