Zhijian Sun

Zhijian Sun is a Sr. Power Module Design Engineer at Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. They previously worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the 3D Systems Packaging Research Center @ GT and Georgia Institute of Technology, focusing on high thermal conductivity epoxy composites in 3D semiconductor packaging under the guidance of Prof. Ching-Ping Wong. Zhijian holds a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, an MS from University of Pennsylvania, and a BE from Iowa State University in Materials Science and Engineering & Mathematics.
