Senior Game Designer at Monomi Park

Chris Lum is a Senior Game Designer at Monomi Park. Prior to joining Monomi Park, Chris Lum was a Level Designer at KIXEYE from April 2014 to January 2015. From June 2015 to July 2016, Chris was an Open World Designer at Hangar 13, where they were responsible for working on many of the open world districts in Mafia III, implementing combat encounters, building spaces/layouts, and creating visual narratives with environmental storytelling and character interactions.

Some of Chris' notable achievements include being one of the primary designers working on the iconic French Ward, including some spaces highlighted in the E3 demo, as well as working on other complex districts such as Frisco Fields, Downtown, Point Verdun, and Southdowns. Chris is known for setting high bar atmospheric and narrative encounters in open world activities and missions, and is also recognized for their ability to utilize available assets and creatively push them to sell the scenes they wanted to show.

Chris Lum attended the Academy of Art University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in 3D Modeling.
