Norma Kim Ascroft

Norma Kim Ascroft, PharmD has over 20 years of experience in regulatory affairs, including 14 years with Eli Lilly and Company, where she was involved in clinical development of oncology, cardiovascular, and neuroscience compounds. In 2017, she founded Guided Rx Consulting group and has been working with both large pharma companies and biotechnology startups, focusing on the development of products for unmet medical needs with an emphasis on expedited regulatory pathways. Norma earned her PharmD from Butler University.
