Leander Rijneveld has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Developer at Haagse Hogeschool, where they focused on developing finance-related applications and reporting environments. During their time there, they also connected facility, HRM, and student registration systems to the financial system, introducing trans-system reporting capabilities and automated data exchange.

In 2002, Rijneveld joined BCIP bv as a Developer for a short period of time before transitioning to a role as an IT-Consultant at Datapas bv in 2003. At Datapas bv, they developed a web-based facility reservations system and undertook several consultancy projects related to IT infrastructure, software development, data analyses, and reporting.

Rijneveld founded their own company, TenFour bv, in 2005, where they served as Founder and Owner. TenFour bv specialized in Agile Java development and offered software development services, as well as consultancy regarding software development, IT infrastructures, and technical project management. Leander spent 16 years at TenFour bv, until December 2021.

In 2007, Rijneveld became the Chief Executive Officer at Innosec International BV, a software development company specializing in system integration. Leander led the company's efforts in offering the GRIP integration platform for managing security, safety, process, building automation, and IT monitoring systems using one consolidated management layer.

Rijneveld then joined eFXO in 2015 as a Consultant. eFXO specialized in software products for Foreign Exchange Options, and Rijneveld focused on areas such as buy and sell side connectivity, broker connectivity, vol surface maintenance, pricing engine, and internal distribution of prices.

Most recently, Rijneveld has been serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Monotch since April 2017. At Monotch, their responsibilities include advancing new solutions to make mobility data more accessible, relevant, and easier to integrate, with the goal of minimizing the negative footprint of mobility while enhancing the pleasure of traveling.

Leander Rijneveld pursued an education in Information Technology from 1997 to 2001 at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences. However, the degree remained unfinished within that time frame.
