Clayton Ramones

Clayton Ramones has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to the present. Clayton currently holds the position of Director of Global Key Accounts at Monotype since January 2023. Prior to this, they were the Sr. Enterprise Sales Manager at Monotype from January 2021 to March 2023, and before that, they served as the Enterprise Sales Manager from April 2019 to January 2021.

Before joining Monotype, Clayton worked at Funraise from 2016 to 2019. Clayton held the role of Director of Business Development from July 2018 to February 2019, where they significantly increased the number of opportunities and pipeline value. During this time, they also established partnerships with major magazine publications and raised over $1 million in donations. Prior to this, Clayton was the Director of Sales at Funraise from January 2018 to July 2018, where they grew the sales organization and oversaw day-to-day operations. Clayton also served as a Sales Manager from October 2016 to December 2017, where they developed sales processes and strategies.

Earlier in their career, Clayton worked as a Field Energy Consultant and Field Energy Specialist at SolarCity from 2015 to 2016. Clayton successfully managed sales cycles, conducted analysis of customer's financial ROI, and generated a high volume of appointments. Clayton also gained experience as a Warehouse Manager at Miller Fire Protection in 2014 and as a Sales Associate at Nordstrom from 2013 to 2014.

Clayton began their career with an internship at The Gray Haven in 2012 and worked as a Sales Representative at Mid Atlantic Construction in 2010. Clayton'searliest work experience was as a Canvasser at Red Carpet Remodeling from 2007 to 2010.

Clayton Ramones studied at Virginia Commonwealth University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish Language and Literature and International Social Justice.
