SELEN BEDUK PhD

Selen Beduk, PhD has a diverse and extensive work experience. Selen currently holds the position of Marketing Manager at BOCCHI since October 2022. In the past, Selen served as the President of the United Nations Association of Atlanta Chapter from February 2022, and was previously the Vice President of Programs & Education for the same organization from July 2019 to February 2022. Selen also worked as a Strategy Advisor at Twin Science & Robotics from February 2022 to January 2023. Prior to that, Selen was a Research Project Coordinator at the Ray C. Anderson Center for Sustainable Business at the Scheller College of Business at Georgia Tech from May 2018 to June 2019. Selen also taught as a Lecturer at the Atlanta International School from October 2017 to May 2018. Selen's earlier work experience includes roles such as a Lecturer and Instructor at Maltepe University and Okan University, respectively, where they taught in the fields of international trade, logistics, and English language teaching. Selen also served as a Lecturer in the English Language Teaching Department at Marmara University and in a higher education environment. Selen's expertise and contributions span various areas, including lecturing, curriculum development, research coordination, and international program coordination.

Selen Beduk, PhD has a strong educational background in international trade, logistics, materials, and supply chain management. They obtained their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Bilkent University. Following this, Selen pursued a Master's degree in English Language and Literature at Yeditepe University. They then further expanded their knowledge in the field by earning a Master's degree in International Trade and Logistics from Maltepe University. Selen's passion for the subject led them to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, also from Maltepe University, where they completed their doctoral studies between 2012 and 2017.
