Mariana Carvalho serves as the Editor in Chief of Women in Technology Publication, leading a team to produce content that highlights women's achievements in the tech sector while promoting diversity and inclusion. As a co-founder of Brazilians in Tech, Mariana focuses on supporting Brazilian women in STEM through strategic initiatives. Mariana has also contributed as an OYW Ambassador for One Young World and has an extensive background in engineering and project management at Dell Technologies, where roles included Solutions Engineer and Product Technologist. Prior experience ranges from founding causeFI, a social impact initiative utilizing Generative Art and Blockchain, to managing alumni programs at ESPM and executing large-scale events at Abril. Mariana holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Computer Science and an MBA in Business Intelligence from Jackson State University and ESPM, respectively.
