Sugandha Sharan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property rights (IPR) enforcement and corporate legal management. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel and Manager, Legal at Monotype since April 2020, Sugandha leads initiatives in license compliance and anti-piracy in the APAC region. Previous roles include Legal Executive at Morepen Laboratories Limited India, where responsibilities encompassed IPR prosecution and contract management, and Legal Assistant at the Copyright Office, India, focusing on copyright examination and legal coordination. Sugandha began the legal career as an Associate at Tandon & Company, working on corporate and IPR litigation.
