Canset Genckal

Canset Genckal is an experienced professional in business process improvement and project management within the supply chain sector. Currently serving as the Solution Development & Improvement Manager at JTI since March 2025, Canset has played a pivotal role in enhancing critical business processes, particularly in product serialization. Previously, at JTI, Canset held various roles including Project Management Office Coordinator for global supply chain compliance projects, where procedures and best practices were developed to link IT solutions with production and distribution. Canset's experience also includes a stint as a Business Process Analyst, creating project plans and improving processes in a track and trace environment. Early career experiences encompass internships in chemical engineering at TUPRAS and Kocaeli Lastik San. A.Ş.
