Maja Fočić

Maja Fočić is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing projects within the banking and payments sectors. Since April 2021, Maja has been working at Monri - a member of Payten, following previous Project Manager roles at Raiffeisenbank Hrvatska and PBZ Card. Maja's responsibilities have included project planning, coordination, status reporting, cost and resource management, as well as handling risks and issues to optimize business benefits. Prior to these roles, Maja worked as a Banking Assistant at PBZ Card and held administrative positions at ICERTIAS and Tip Šped d.o.o., where Maja supported various operational functions. Maja holds a Master's degree in Analysis and Business Planning and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Economics from the University of Zagreb.
