Matthew Razey

Matthew Razey has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on talent development, training, and employee relations. Matthew has held various roles in different companies, including Monro, Inc., where they currently serve as the Director of Human Resources, Field. In this position, they oversee over 630 locations and more than 3,300 teammates across 17 states. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner and Regional Human Resources Leader at RITE AID, where they supported operations and associates in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Matthew also has experience in media development and fishing, having worked as a Media Developer at Freak Finder Fishing. Matthew Razey's strong HR background and leadership skills make him a valuable asset to any organization.

Matthew Razey earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Nichols College in 2008. Matthew went on to complete a Master's Degree in the same field of study at Nichols College from 2007 to 2009.
