Brandon Medina

Brandon Medina is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Vice President in the Equity Group at Monroe Capital LLC since October 2023, previously holding the position of Senior Associate in the same department. Brandon also contributes as an Associate Board Member for Urban Initiatives, an organization dedicated to empowering Chicago’s youth through sports and play. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Associate and Associate at Wind Point Partners, and an Investment Banking Analyst at William Blair. Additional internships at Ryan Specialty Group, William Blair & Company, and Tyvor Capital LLC provided foundational experience in finance. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University, completed in 2017, and an Honors High School Diploma from St. Ignatius College Prep, graduated in 2013.
