Richard Zhu

Richard Zhu is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Assistant Vice President at Monroe Capital LLC, specializing in asset-based private credit and equity investing since May 2023. Prior to this role, Richard worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Piper Sandler, focusing on healthcare life sciences from October 2021 to April 2023. Richard began their career at Morgan Stanley, initially as a Leveraged Lending Credit Summer Analyst in June 2020 before progressing to a Leveraged Lending Credit Analyst position from February to October 2021.
