Nicki Johnson

Nicki Johnson is the Founder and Executive Director of the Childhood Tracheostomy Alliance, a position held since July 2022. Johnson has extensive experience in pediatrics, serving as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital since December 2017, and previously at Children's Medical Center of Dallas from June 2016 to December 2017, with a focus on inpatient pulmonary care. Prior roles include Charge Nurse and Pediatric RN at Children's of Alabama, and Director of Provider Development at MedWest, LLC. Johnson holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in acute care pediatric nurse practitioner from the University of South Alabama, an Associate of Science in Nursing from Jefferson State Community College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The University of Alabama.
